- Investigating and responding to charges filed with South Carolina Human Affairs Commission (SCHAC) or the EEOC
- Guiding clients on common employment issues that arise in day-to-day business operations
- Defending claims under FMLA, ADA, ADEA, the Equal Pay Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and FLSA
- Representing employers before the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (SCDEW)
- Litigating claims involving non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disclosure covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of fiduciary duty.
